Collection
Intellectual Plus Pty Ltd only collects personal information which is necessary to carry out a specific function or activity such as participating in the Membership Rewards Program, franchising enquiries or customer feedback.

As part of the Zarraffa’s Members Loyalty Program, at each transaction where you have swiped your card, we will collect information about that transaction.

Security
Your personal details are stored in a secure database which is protected by various computer and network security measures to prevent your personal information from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

Use and disclosure
Your personal information are only made available to the Intellectual Plus Pty Ltd group, and their suppliers/contractors for specific functions or activities such as participating in the Membership Rewards program, marketing via direct and email mail outs to inform you of new products / services, franchise opportunities, or other important activities the group may undertake.

Your personal information for Participating in the Membership Rewards Program will not be sold copied or distributed to third parties not involved in the Membership Rewards Program.
