From the 1st January 2009 the Zarraffa's Coffee Rewards Program change to the ZCard program.

1. What is the new Rewards Program called?
The new program is called 'ZCard'.

2. When does the new Z Card program start?
The ZCard program will start on the 1st January, 2009.

3. What changes do I need to be aware of?

At midnight on the 31st December 2008 all Rewards Program Members will stop earning points (that are currently redeemable for merchandise), and starting earning Z$, which will accrue on menu purchases and redeemable on the same.

4. What will happen to my existing points?
All existing points will be redeemable for merchandise and drinks, via www.zarraffas.com
Access will be available from the January - June 2009.

5. Will I get a new card with the new Z Card program?
No, your existing card will transfer over to the new program at midnight on the 31st December 2008.

6. Will I still get my free birthday drink each year?
Yes, we love having you as a customer and will definitely still be giving each and every ZCard Member a FREE drink on their birthday, every year!

8. How much does membership to the ZCard Program cost?

Z Card membership is $7.50 inclusive of GST.

9. How do I earn Z$?
Z$ accrue on drink purchases from the 'Hot As' and 'Cool Favourites' menus. To earn a standard tall cappuccino (in Z$ value) you will need to spend $41.25 AUD. That's your 12th drink free!

Z$ are not accrued on bottled drinks, food, merchandise or bulk coffee purchases.
